How do I inquire?

I already have an existing brand identity, do you offer other graphic design services besides branding?

How long does the design process typically take?

The timeline for each project varies depending on its complexity. Once I've collected all necessary information and materials, I'll provide you with an estimated timeline, proposal, quote, and contract tailored to your project.

What is a brand style guide?

It's a multi-page PDF that contains the primary logo and different logo marks, brand typography, brand colours, and best practices for use. It should be used across all print and digital applications.

What if I need revisions or changes to the design?

Depending on the package you've chosen, I offer revision rounds as part of our design process to guarantee your satisfaction. If you need any tweaks or adjustments, simply let me know, and I'll work with you to make sure the design meets your expectations.

How will I receive the logo?

✦ your final logo will be delivered in JPG, transparent PNG, EPS, and SVG format
✦ your final logo will be scalable and suitable for print, digital and merchandise applications
✦ your final logo will be delivered in full-colour, inverse colour, black, and white

What happens after I've approved the final design?

After you've approved the final design, I will send you an invoice, and once payment is received, I'll promptly prepare all necessary files and deliver them to you!

Are there Canadian sales taxes?

If your business is located in Canada, the invoice will include the appropriate rates of PST and GST/HST. For businesses residing in Quebec, the invoice will include the rates of QST and GST on the package price.

How does payment work?

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required once the first round of design drafts has begun. This deposit confirms your commitment and covers the initial planning and concept development stages. The remaining 75% will be due upon the final invoice. Final design files will be released only after full payment has been received. For your convenience, payment is accepted via e-transfer.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel before work has started, the deposit will not be refunded as it compensates for scheduling and planning time.

If you cancel after work has started, you will be billed for the work completed up to the point of cancellation, minus the deposit. All completed work and associated rights remain the property of the studio until the invoice is fully paid.

What is the refund policy?

Once final deliverables have been provided, no refunds will be issued.
